How to run it
- Swim towards the wall; on the last stroke, leave both arms by the sides.

- Roll small and fast.
- Feet on the wall, push.
- Rotate as you glide.
Make it easier
- Roll a metre from the wall and float in.
- Forward Roll to Push in open water.
Make it harder
- Tumble without a breath on the last stroke.
- Turn and hold the streamline for five kicks.
Common faults
- Rolling too far away or too close.
- Twisting during the roll.
- Pushing off towards the bottom.
Corrections
- Use the T on the floor to judge the distance (Wall Approach).
- Roll straight, twist on the push.
Assistant / L1 role
- Stand at the turning end and give one piece of feedback about the distance from the wall.
