Safety notes
- Separate lanes; swimmers travelling on their backs need clear space.

How to run it
- Teams line up; cards show the scull for each leg.
- Swimmers scull a short distance using the named scull.
- Judges award a point for keeping the body flat and still.
- Rotate so everyone tries each scull.

- Right scull, right shape.

Make it easier
- Head-first scull only.
- Noodle support.
Make it harder
- Add torpedo scull.
- Change scull halfway without stopping.
Common faults
- Kicking to cheat.
- Big splashing hands.
Corrections
- Noodle between the knees stops kicking.
- Points for control only.

- Judge one lane for body position and legs still.
