How to run it
- Back layout with support scull.
- Lift one straight leg to vertical (ballet leg) while sculling harder.
- Lower slowly; repeat with the other leg.
- In groups of four, make a circle pattern with sculls and a ballet leg together.
Teaching cues
- Scull under your hips.
- Leg straight, toes pointed.
- Stay flat and calm.
Make it easier

- Noodle under the shoulders.
Make it harder
- Hold the ballet leg for a count of 8.
- Add a tub turn to the routine.
Common faults
- Hips sinking as the leg lifts.
- Hands moving too big.
Corrections

- Tighten the tummy.
Assistant / L1 role
- Count the music beats for the group and help keep the circle spacing.
