How to run it
- Gather swimmers at the wall after the main set.
- Ask which parts of today they enjoyed most (speed, rescues, sculling, games).
- Link each to a pathway: sculling → artistic swimming, head-up crawl → water polo, rescues → lifesaving.
- Give each swimmer one thing to practise before next time.
