How to run it
- Hold the wall with one hand, feet on the wall, body sideways.
- Let go, sink under, arms into a streamline.
- Push off on the side and roll to the front as you glide.
- Kick and swim.

- Sideways feet.

Make it easier
- Push off on the front.
- Push from standing.
Make it harder
- Push off on the back and rotate to the front (tumble-turn exit).
- Add dolphin kicks during the rotation.
Common faults
- Twisting before pushing.
- Losing the streamline in the rotation.
Corrections
- Push first, then rotate.
- Tight Streamline Test.

- Watch from above and say whether the rotation happened after the push.
