- Deep-water stations only for swimmers cleared for deep water.

How to run it
- Set up four stations: head-first scull, tread water, tub turn, back float.
- Swimmers spend one minute at each station.
- Swim between stations using a named stroke.
- Rotate until all stations are done.
Teaching cues
- Small hands.
- Stay calm.
- Good strokes between stations.
Make it easier
- Noodles at each station.
- 30-second stations.
Make it harder
- Harder sculls (feet-first, canoe).
- Longer stations.
Common faults
- Resting at stations.
- Kicking to cheat at sculling stations.
Corrections
- Clear task card at each station.
- Noodle between the knees for sculls.
Assistant / L1 role
- Run the treading station in the deep end and give the timings.
